This newly completed home was designed with openness and light in mind—featuring a generous living area free of bulky built-ins so the homeowners (and their furry companions!) can enjoy a truly free-flowing space. We curated a sleek dry pantry that serves directly to the living area, while a sliding glass door neatly separates the wet and dry kitchens. This smart divide not only keeps cooking smells out of the social zones, but also enhances ventilation and brightness throughout the space.

To maintain a clean and airy aesthetic, we introduced an L-shaped bottom cabinet in the dry kitchen—offering ample storage and workspace—while replacing traditional top-hung cabinets with suspended planks for a lighter, more modern look. And that quirky ceiling beam in the wet kitchen? We turned it into a snack tower! A tall, clever rack for stashing all those irresistible dry goods in one organized, functional feature.
