Walking into your home should feel like a deep breath." That was the guiding philosophy behind our latest transformation at Hedges Park. In a city as fast-paced as Singapore, we wanted to create a space that felt less like an apartment and more like a retreat. By leaning into the Warm Minimalism trend—blending soft organic shapes, creamy oatmeal palettes, and clever bespoke carpentry—we’ve turned a standard condo layout into a seamless, soulful sanctuary
The heart of this design lies in its Modern Organic theme. We moved away from harsh angles and clinical whites, opting instead for creamy oatmeal tones, rich wood grains, and the gentle flow of curves. This approach creates a "vacation-at-home" vibe—a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of city life.
First impressions matter. In the entryway, we replaced clutter with bespoke floor-to-ceiling cabinetry. The highlight is the recessed display niche, bathed in warm integrated LED lighting. This provides a dedicated spot for keys and decor without breaking the visual flow. The use of textured laminate mimics the feel of stone, setting a tactile and premium tone the moment you step inside.
The living area is a masterclass in visual harmony. To break the boxiness of a standard condo unit, we introduced a curved TV feature wall. This backlit architectural element adds depth and a soft glow, making the space feel larger and more inviting. We utilized cove lighting and a tray ceiling to create layers of illumination, allowing the homeowners to shift the mood from bright and airy to cinematic and cozy. Low-profile furniture and a stone-inspired organic coffee table maintain an unobstructed view of the balcony, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
One of the most talked-about features of this home is the arched kitchen entrance. Arches are a major trend in Singapore interior design right now, and for good reason—they add an instant architectural "wow" factor.
To balance privacy and light, we installed a fluted glass partition next to the arch. Inside, the kitchen features:

The bedroom was designed to be more than just a place to sleep; it’s a multifunctional retreat. We integrated a custom vanity and study desk that flows directly into the wardrobe system.
For the homeowner with a collection to display, we designed a glass-fronted luxury display cabinet with internal lighting. This turns everyday items into part of the room’s decor, while the hidden circular mirror with "halo" lighting adds a touch of hotel-luxe glamour to the morning routine.
We treated the bathrooms with a "spa-retreat" philosophy. By contrasting dark, wood-effect tiles in the shower area with light, sandy-toned wall tiles in the dry area, we created a clear visual zone.
Design Tip: Note the recessed shower niche. It’s a small detail that eliminates the need for messy suction-cup racks and keeps the minimalist aesthetic intact.
Fixtures: Matte black hardware and a wall-hung toilet provide a sleek, modern finish that is also incredibly easy to clean.
